Warranty Term:
This limited warranty extends for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. To qualify for warranty service, proof of purchase must be provided.

Warranty Coverage:
This warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. If any part of the product proves defective within the warranty period due to such causes, Aozook will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion, free of charge.

Exclusions and Limitations:
•  This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or any use that violates the operating instructions.
•  Damage caused by external factors such as fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters is not covered.
•  Alterations or modifications made to the product by anyone other than Aozook or an authorized service center void this warranty.
•  Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and consumable parts (such as batteries) are excluded from this warranty.
•  This warranty does not cover transportation costs for returning the product to us for service or replacing the product.

Service Procedures:
•  To obtain warranty service, contact Aozook customer service by phone or email.
•  Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
•  Follow the instructions given by customer service regarding shipping the product to an authorized service center.
•  Aozook will bear the cost of repairing or replacing the product if the defect falls under the warranty coverage.

Warranty Transferability:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Legal Rights:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
